This practice is tacky and prejudiced. An error was made on an Rx that was costly that I made a bit of a stink about bc CVS refused to allow me to return it. They refunded me the money, but proceeded to send me TWO (2) notices, one with a return receipt request, stating they were no longer willing to offer their services to me. I come from a long line of family physicians. This is not how you treat patients. Shame on you. I will be happy to send you the return receipt, along with my thoughts about your practice.

This is my absolute favorite office. The aesthetics of the office and friendly faces you see from the moment you walk in make you feel at ease. It is very clear that they have put a lot of thought into the patient experience, and it is very much appreciated. Lizzie is absolutely incredible and I feel very lucky to be under her care and expertise. Her bedside manner is top quality and she is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you, Low Country Dermatology! I recommend you to anyone I can and will continue to do so.

Although there was a fairly long wait it was understandable at end of day. Elizabeth Brennan could not have been more attentive to my situation. She was knowledgeable and efficient in accessing the next step to take to resolve my finger wart. She and the rest of staff were friendly and helpful.

The interior design of the office is beautiful. Front Desk Staff were polite and efficient. Location on Waters Avenue just north of Stephenson Avenue is convenient. Parking is easy peasy. Nurse Caroline was professional and kind. First visit with Dr. Howington was wonderful! Love her humor/bedside manner.

I've been coming to Low Country for quite sometime now and the staff has always been friendly, but I'm leaving a one star review due their office manager Brent Miller. I called concerned about a bill that I received and needed guidance on what to do, I was transferred to him via phone only for him to call me ridiculous and hang up right in my face. I was truly shocked and appalled by his arrogant almost narcissistic attitude. When I called back after being hung up on to see if their another person I could speak to he smugly told that he is corporate and that there's no one higher than him. It was truly the most disgusting and inappropriate way to be treated especially being a patient. If this is who Dr. H allows to run her business then she might want to think about hiring someone who does not have ego issues

The first impression wasn’t great because the young lady at the front desk for check in is NOT friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering her. I ended up also having to check out with her and again not very nice. And I felt the same way at my second appointment as well. The other staff members were very nice and the NP listened to my issues and I didn’t feel rushed out of the door. Her prescriptions and recommendations seem to be helping so far. Butthe receptionist should be a bit warmer and more welcoming since she’s the first interaction with the facility.

Beautiful offices. Very welcoming. Had a long wait time though. Got there 15 minutes before my appointment time. Had previously done all paperwork on line but still didn’t get taken back for 45 minutes and then had the room wait time too:/ Staff and doctor were very nice once I saw them. Professional and thorough. Loved the presence of the office dog too:)

It was my very first visit and I was impressed with the presentation, aesthetic and cleanliness of the facility. Not to mention, all of the staff and team members had flawless skin! It was nice to see for my skincare goals at Low Country Dermatology. I am excited to see my 3-month progress in September! I also love that my insurance company is in-network for this facility! Dr. Elizabeth B. Brennan, PA-C is amazing and very thorough about my skin conditions and the process to getting healthy and clear skin.
